Black. No red stockings and black GB if you want to look like a caricature. And no loops and ribbons bit corny either. Shave first.
I would be with black and white. red colored works.
Much depends on who can see them. Most guys are excited, and black. If you intend to private appointment with a male public display of dark and safe. And very few girls now wear socks, stockings and suspenders far less that most people freak out when they are with a girl with them.
I have not even half black. It will be considered obsolete. Use a shade of skin color and a black suspender belt .. The league is not for your socks, unless you want to looking for something special for someone special. In any case, people must not pay too much attention to it. Everything has an end.
